I get asked why we are so expensive almost daily by new clients. Those that have worked with us in the past know we are not “expensive” but a great value.
You get the work you requested completed by professionally trained employees of the company. Not someone we found at the parking lot of a Big Box store this morning. With that English speaking person comes liability insurance, workman’s compensation insurance and we pay into social security and Medicare. There are shop, office, truck, tool and equipment expenses incurred just to get that person to your door in the morning. After the work is done, we will come back and correct any issues that are not done correctly. We do not want to work for you once, get a check and disappear. We would like to provide years of great reliable service for your home.
I’m not sure where I found or who wrote this but I think it says it really well.
It’s unwise to pay too much, but it is worse to pay too little. When you pay too much you loose money. When you pay too little you sometimes loose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do.
The common law of business balances prohibits paying little and getting a lot. It can’t be done.
If you deal with the lowest bidder it is well to add something for the risk you run. And if you do that, you have enough to pay for something better.
There is hardly anything in the world that someone can’t make worse and sell a little cheaper, and people who consider price first are this company’s prey.
